Hi guys, after a long while, I’m back with a new mod! This time it’s a fictional circuit called ”SkylarRing”, it’s located in Harderwijk, which is a city in the middle of The Netherlands. Al created by me, using RaceTrackBuilder and GIMP 2.8.
