We’re looking for the editor who helps us break through!
Not someone to fill a role — someone who watches our videos and already sees what we’re missing.

What this actually is:
An opportunity for growth for you as much as for us. When our quality, our views and subscriber counts rise, so will our payment rate per video.
You are who we are looking for if:
Your English is strong enough to push back on a bad idea, pitch a better one and you can understand as well as communicate visual concepts and ideas.
You’ve watched enough sim racing or motorsport content to know the difference between a race that felt alive on track and one that dies in the edit.
You know DaVinci Resolve beyond the cut — colour, sound, project structure — and you deliver Resolve Project Exports (that come from Resolve), not workarounds.
You understand why someone clicks away at 2:14 and what you’d do differently.
You don’t wait to be chased. You finish, you send, and you already have notes on the next one.
The work:
1 long-form (around 10 minutes) YouTube video every two weeks, full content calendar ownership.
You will be our first hire and will work directly with me as the Content Chief. There are opportunities for growth within our channel and the company behind it, because both are at the beginning of the journey.

You may be asked to deliver an example cut based on raw material (30-60 seconds), which you can watermark if you want. We want to know you understand us and you can do a better job than us.
